NOTICE

Unless there are good grounds for, we advise against any oil
investigation.
Oil samples should be taken only if circumstances have arisen
that might have caused damage to the transformer or if the trans‐
former has malfunctioned.

If it is necessary to take an oil sample you can remove the oil via the oil
drain  screw.  The  oil  drain  screw  is  located  on  the  base  of  the  trans‐
former.
