Feature Rich Controls - Sequence of operation:
To Open Door:
1.
Using a dry contact, close terminals DC and X3 to open
door. Door will automatically stop at limit.
To Close Door:
1.
Using a dry contact, close terminals DC and X5 to close
door. Door will automatically stop at limit.
To Stop Door:
1.
Remove Jumper from DC and X4. Connect dry contact
across these terminals. Open dry contact to stop the door.
Notes:
1.
Brake is controlled by 120VAC supplied from the BRK and
N terminal in the control box.
2.
Connectors for Interlock Switches are supplied when
controls have been ordered with Safety Controller. These
connectors are described in the “Interlock Switch” section
of this document.
3.
Connectors for Stop Photoeye Strip are supplied when
controls have been ordered with optional Stop Photoeye
Strip. These connectors are described in later in this
document.
4.
Connectors for Hold Down are supplied when controls
have been ordered with optional Safety Controller & Hold
Down. These connectors are described in the “Hold
Down” section of this document
Relay Controls - Sequence of operation:
To Open Door:
1.
Using a dry contact, close terminals AC and PB1 to open
door. Door will automatically stop at limit.
To Close Door:
2.
Using a dry contact, close terminals LS2 and PB2 to close
door. Door will automatically stop at limit.
To Stop Door:
1.
Remove Jumper from STP and AC. Connect dry contact
across these terminals. Open dry contact to stop the
door.
Integrator Controls - Sequence of operation:
To Open Door:
1.
Apply 24VDC to Terminal OPN (Pin #3-GN on Control
Connector). Door will automatically stop at limit.
2.
Remove power from terminal OPN when the door has
opened. The open position can be monitored on the
terminals labeled ONO (Pin #5-GY & #6-PK on the
Control connector). This is a dry normally-open contact,
closed when the door is open.
To Close Door:
1.
Apply 24VDC to Terminal CLS (Pin #8-RD on Control
Connector). Door will automatically stop at limit.
2.
Remove power from terminal CLS when the door has
closed. The close position can be monitored on the
terminals labeled CNO (Pin #1-WH & #4-YE on the
Control connector). This is a dry normally-open contact,
closed when the door is closed.
To Stop Door:
1.
Remove all voltage from terminals OPN (Pin#3-GN) and
CLS (Pin#8-RD) on the control connector.
Notes:
1.
Brake is controlled by a current sensing relay mounted on
motor. No additional control is required for the brake.
STOP BUTTON
The red stop push button stops door operation. The button is
pulled out to the "ON" position. To stop door operation push the
button in. Whenever the door operation is stopped by using the
stop button the red button must be pulled out to switch to the
"ON" position.
OPEN BUTTON
Opens the door, press and release to open, make sure it fully
opens, if not, adjust limit,

Closes the door, press and release to close, make sure it fully
closes, if not adjust limit,
