CONVERSION FROM ONE
GAS TYPE TO ANOTHER

the boiler has been installed.

On completion of the conversion, adjust the boiler
following the instructions given in the relevant sec-
tion of the manual and apply the new gas label con-
tained in the kit.
The boiler comes configured for use with methane gas
(G20). It can nevertheless be converted from methane to
LPG (G31) using the kit supplied with the boiler.

Note that all modifications to the gas feed system
are forbidden in Belgium. In Belgium, contact

Technical Assistance Service.
- Disconnect the electricity supply from the boiler and
shut off the gas cock.
- Remove the top front panel.
- Release the control panel and tilt it forwards.
- Unscrew the nut (A). Move the pipe (B) gently to one
side and replace the diaphragm inside the pipe with the
new diaphragm supplied in the kit.
- Reverse the above steps to reassemble the boiler.
- Switch the electricity supply to the boiler back on and
open the gas cock.
Settings
- - Turn the function selector to OFF/RESET (the display
shows “- -”)
- Pull off all 3 control knobs (DHW temperature, function
selector and CH temperature).
- Unscrew the four screws (A) and remove the front trim
(B).
- Adjust the trimmers in the sequence given below to
achieve the values specified in the table.

3 HTG (Max CH)
4 IGN (Burner ignition slow fan speed)
(set to 3.7 = 3700 rpm).

Setting changes do not cause the burner to ignite.
As you turn the trimmers, the 2 digit display shows
the current setting value expressed in thousands
(e.g. 2.5 = 2500 rpm).

The burner ignition slow fan speed trimmer must
be adjusted after all the other trimmers have been
adjusted.
