Securing the burner to the boiler
The burners are supplied with the combustion head already as-
sembled.
Before fixing the burner to the boiler is necessary:
secure the gas train unit to the mixer (Fig. 17).
Secure the pilot unit to the manifold (Fig. 17);
tighten the studs 2)(Fig. 18) on the plate 1) and position the
refractory gasket 3).
Fix the flange 5) to the boiler plate and tighten the nuts 4).
Provide an adequate lifting system.
WARNING
Install the gas train following the instruction in “
Fuel
supply
” on page 24.
WARNING
During this operation, take care not to touch the
probe - electrodes unit.
