Troubleshooting
If you experience trouble with the projector, refer to the
following information. If the problem persists, please contact
your local dealer or service center.
● Ensure that the projector is correctly connected to the
peripheral device.
● Ensure that all devices are connected to an AC power socket
and the power supply is connected.
● If the projector fails to project an image from the computer
connected to it, restart the computer.
Problem
:
Image cannot be displayed
Check whether the projector is correctly connected to the computer
or the video device and the power supply is normally connected.
Check whether the computer input signal is correct. When the
projector is connected with some portable computers, the display
output settings usually need to be changed. For details on the
settings, see the user manual for the computer.
Images can be displayed only 10s after the projector is turned on.
Check the input signal, color system, video system, or computer
system modes.
Check whether the temperature exceeds the specified operating
temperature.
Images cannot be displayed when the [Mute] button is enabled.
You need topress the [Mute] button or other related buttons on the
remote control.
Problem: Image is displayed partially, incorrectly, or in rolling
mode
Press [Auto Set] on the remote control.
Adjust the display settings of the computer. Ensure that the
resolution is set to less than or equal to 1600x1200 pixels. View the
operating system help file.
Problem: Image is blurred
Adjust the focal length of the projector.
Adjust the projection distance appropriately.
Check whether the projection window is free from dust.
