Introduction
Installation of Remote Control Batteries
For safe operation, note the following precautions:
■
Use two AA/R6 or LR6 batteries.
■
Keep the remote control away from water or other liquid.
■
Do not place the remote control in an overly hot or humid place.
■
Do not drop the remote control.
■
Do not use a new battery and a used one at the same time.
■
Using a different battery than specified in this manual may cause
an explosion.
■
Handle used batteries according to instructions on the battery or
local regulations or guide.
■
Remove the batteries when the remote control will not be used for
a long time.
■
An infrared remote control may not work if it is exposed to strong
light or fluorescent light.
■
If battery liquid leaks in the remote control, carefully clean the
battery holder before installing new batteries.
■
Keep batteries out of the reach of children. (Children may
swallow or choke on the batteries. If this happens, contact a doctor
immediately.)

Push the clip
to release the
battery cover.
Install new batteries (AA/R6
or LR6). Ensure that you have
the batteries’ polarity (+/–)
aligned correctly
.

Close the battery cover and press it down until it clicks into place.
Do not mix different types of batteries or new and old batteries.
