11. Close the middle
unit and tighten the
drum lock knob.
12. Reinstall the cover plate and pick-off pawl unit. (Make sure the two
positioning pins are inserted in the two holes of the pick-off pawl unit.)
13. Pull the cleaning unit release lever to the front side to reset the cleaning
blade.
14. Reset the main board.
15. Use SP mode # 33 (ID level: 2, erase margin: 10 mm) and VR104 to
adjust the ID sensor output voltage at TP102 to 4
±
0.1 V.
NOTE:
1) The left and right drum holders are prepared only for the drum
installation, not for the drum removal.
2) Do not open the middle unit before tightening the drum lock knob
to avoid drum damage.
3) Initial conditioning is not needed. (It is needed only when the
developer mix is changed.)
