Maintenance:
Under normal operation, the gate should be checked every 6 months:
•
Lubricate shafts and sprockets
•
Check and tighten anchor bolts
•
Check for loose and corroded wires.
•
Check the earth wire (green/yellow) on Terminal J4 (refer to Fig 24 and 25) is
firmly attached to the housing with the screw. This should be checked by a
qualified electrician.
•
Always check the stall force after performing any maintenance. If this function
does not work, do not use the gate motor until this is rectified.
