Gluing
•
The flow rate of hot glue depends on the pressure applied on the trigger (3).
•
When the LED indicator (6) turn green, direct the glue gun nozzle (1) towards target area,
then pull the trigger lightly to allow hot glue flow out from the nozzle (1) uniformly.
•
Pull the trigger (3) harder if higher glue flow rate is required.
•
Release the trigger to stop the glue flow.
•
Press the surfaces to be glued together within 15 seconds for a strong bond.
•
ATTENTION!
If hot glue comes into contact with skin, immediately cool the area with
running tape water for several minutes and seek medical attention if required.
After use
•
Switch OFF the glue gun.
•
Allow the nozzle to cool down and the glue to solidify.
•
It is recommended to put a sheet of paper under the nozzle, because the glue may be dripped
from the hot nozzle.
5.3- Tips
•
The glue must be sufficiently heated before flow properly.
•
For better gluing result, the material surfaces to be glued should be free from grease, clean
and dry.
•
Apply glue onto one side only.
•
Remove cooled glue residue with a blunt object. If necessary, glued materials can be
separated by applying heat appropriately.
•
DO NOT use inflammable solvents in cleaning surface to be glued.
•
DO NOT remove partially used glue stick by pulling away from the glue stick entry (5).
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
WARNING!
Before any intervention on product, turn it off and remove the battery pack.
Reminder: In order to maintain the machine in good working condition, carry out regular
maintenance of the machine after each use and before storage. Any breach or inadequate
maintenance reduces the life of the machine and increases the risk of breakdowns and accidents.
6.1- Cleaning
•
Before cleaning, turn off the tool and remove the battery pack.
•
Clean the machine with a dry clean cloth. Do not use water or detergent for cleaning.
•
Never immerse the machine in water or any liquids.
•
Always keep the ventilation holes clean.
6.2- Storage
•
Clean the product before storage.
•
Keep product, instruction manual and accessories (if any) in the original packaging.
•
Store the product in a clean environment, where is not freezing or too hot (exceed 50 ̊C).
•
Keep out of reach of children (e.g. lock it up).
