4.2- Assembly
WARNING!
Before starting assembly or changing accessories, turn it off and remove the battery
pack.
Loading glue stick
•
Remove the battery pack from the tool.
•
Insert the glue stick into the glue stick entry (5)
and slide down gently.
•
Pull the trigger (3) for few times to allow the glue
stick to be pushed forward.
•
Reinstall the battery pack.

4.3- Switch On/Off
Switch ON the glue gun
•
Install the battery pack to the tool.
•
Hold the power button (4) for 3 seconds to start the glue gun.
•
The LED indicator (6) glows red to indicate the glue gun is heating up.
•
The LED indicator (6) glows green after approximate 60 seconds to indicate the glue gun is
ready to use.
Switch OFF the glue gun
•
Hold the power button (4) until the LED indicator (6) turn off.
•
CAUTION!
The nozzle (1) will remain hot for a few minutes. Do not store the glue gun
directly after use. Allow the nozzle to cool and the glue to solidify.
V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
This tool is intended for indoor domestic use. This is used for gluing wood, cardboard, glass,
plastic, ceramics and textiles. The tool is not intended for artisanal, commercial, professional and
/ or industrial use.
5.2- Operation
WARNING!
Except specified glue stick, NEVER feed any other objects into glue stick entry (5).
WARNING!
Never touch the nozzle or hot glue during operation. They can cause burns.
LED work light
•
There is an LED work light (2) located below the nozzle (1).
•
The LED work light (2) will illuminate automatically after switching ON the tool.
