INTERVENTION WILL STOP PROGRAMMING (LED L9 STOPS FLASHING AND
REMAINS FULLY ON). IN ORDER TO REPEAT PROGRAMMING POSITION DIP 2 TO
OFF, CLOSE THE GATE USING THE “CONTROL FOR MOTOR ROTATION
DIRECTION” PROCEDURE AND REPEAT THE CHOSEN PROGRAMMING.
E – RADIO CODE LEARNING PROCEDURE EXCLUSIVELY FOR
CRX MODELS (MAX 32 CODES)
To be carried out with the gate closed.
1 - Position DIP 1 to ON and then DIP 2 to ON
=> Programming LED L9 will flash with
the frequency of 1 sec. ON and 1 sec. OFF for 10 seconds, which is the time available
for programming the code.
2 - Press the button on the remote control
(usually channel A) within the 10 seconds
set. If the remote control is memorized correctly green LED L10 emits a flash. The
code programming time is automatically renewed to allow for the memorization of the
next remote control.
3 - To end programming allow 10 seconds to pass.,
or press the PROG. button for a
moment
=> LED L9 and LED L10 will remain fully on.
4 - Return DIP 1 to OFF and DIP 2 to OFF,
LED L9 and LED L10 will go out.
PROCEDURE TO CANCEL RADIO CODES
1 - Position DIP 1 to ON and then DIP 2 to ON.
Programming LED L9 will flash with the
frequency of 1 sec. ON and 1 sec. OFF for 10 sec.
2 - During these 10 seconds =>
press the PROG. button and keep it pressed for 5
seconds
=> cancellation of the memory will be indicated by two flashes of green LED
L10. Following which programming LED L9 will remain active and it will be possible to
insert new codes using the procedure described above.
3 - At the end return DIP1 and DIP 2 to OFF, LED L9 and LED L10 will go out.
FULL MEMORY SIGNAL
1 - Position DIP 1 - ON and then DIP 2 –ON.
Green LED L10 flashes six times,
indicating that the memory is full. Following which, programming LED L9 remains
active for 10 seconds, allowing for the complete cancellation of all codes if necessary.
2 - At the end return DIP1 and DIP 2 to OFF,
LED L9 and LED L10 will go out.
FUNCTIONING OF CONTROL ACCESSORIES
STEP BY STEP CONTROL BUTTON (COM-K BUTTON)
DIP 6 - ON =>
Perform the cyclic command open-stop-close-stop-open-etc.
DIP 6 - OFF =>
Perform opening with the gate closed. If activated during opening it has no
effect. If activated with the gate open, it closes it. If activated during
closing it will re-open.
CLOCK FUNCTION (ONLY WITH DIP 6 OFF)
This function is useful during rush hours, when traffic is slow (e.g. entrance/exit of
workers, emergencies in residential areas or car parks and, temporarily, for removal
vans).
METHOD OF APPLICATION
By connecting a switch and/or a daily/weekly clock (instead of, or parallel to the N.A.
opening button “COM-K-BUTTON”), it is possible to open, and keep open, the automation
until the switch is pressed or whilst the clock is active.
Once the automation is open all the control functions are blocked.
If automatic closing is activated, upon releasing the switch, or when the time established
has lapsed, immediate closure of the automation will occur, otherwise it will be necessary
to give a command.
REMOTE CONTROL
DIP 6 - ON =>
Perform the cyclic command open-stop-close-stop-open-etc
DIP 6 - OFF =>
Perform opening with the gate closed. If activated during opening it has no
effect. If activated with the gate fully open, it closes it. If activated during
closing it will re-open.
AUTOMATIC CLOSURE
The waiting times before the gate closes automatically are recorded during the
programming of timing.
The maximum waiting time is 5 minutes.
The waiting time can be activated or deactivated using DIP 3 (ON - active).
ELECTRIC LOCK (LOCK - A +)
Place DIP 8 to ON to enable the command for the electric lock on opening.
ELECTRIC LOCK RELEASE ON OPENING
Place DIP 9 to ON to enable the release of the electric lock on opening (provided that DIP
8 is to ON).
With the gate closed, if you press an opening command, the gate will perform the closing
manoeuvre for 0.5s (the current sensors in this phase are not enabled) and at the same
time the electric lock is activated (followed by a pause of 0.5s and then the opening of the
gate).
WING RELEASE FACILITY
With the electric lock release activated (DIP 9 to ON), once the gate has closed a reversal
manoeuvre , with a fixed time of 0.2s will be performed to facilitate manual release (the
current sensors in this phase are not enabled).
ELECTRIC LOCK COUPLING
Put DIP 10 to ON to enable electric lock coupling on closing, once closed the motors are
controlled for 0.5s with full voltage to guarantee the coupling of the lock (the current
sensors in this phase are not enabled).
FUNCTIONING AFTER A BLACKOUT (WITHOUT BATTERIES)
Once voltage returns we recommend that the gate be fully opened. Allow the gate to close
by itself with automatic closure or wait for the flashing light to stop flashing before giving
the command to close.
This operation will allow the gate to realign itself. In fact, if during the blackout the motors
were released and moved from the normal closing position, the first manoeuvre when the
power supply returns must be complete.
During this phase the safety devices are active.
PHOTOCELL 1 (COM-PHOT)
If DIP 4 to OFF -
If an obstacle blocks the photocell beam whilst the gate is closed, the
gate will not open. During functioning the photocells intervene both on
opening (with reactivation of movement on opening after half a second),
and on closing (with reactivation of reversal after a second).
If DIP 4 to ON -
If an obstacle blocks the photocell beam whilst the gate is closed, the
gate will open (during opening the photocells do not intervene). The
