CARING FOR YOUR WATER HEATER

 Atleast10secondsafterStep1,unplugthewater

heaterordisconnectthepowersupplyatthecircuit

breakerbox.

 Openallhotwaterfaucets.Runthewateruntilitis

COLD;thenshutoffthefaucet.

Closethewatershut-offvalve.

 Usingasuitablecontainertocatchthewater,

removethewaterfilterfromthebaseofthecold

waterinletline.

 Connectagardenhosetothedrainvalveinthe

hotwateroutletlineandplacetheotherendina

suitabledrain.Openthedrainvalveuntilallthe

waterhasdrainedfromthewaterheater.Leave

waterheaterasisuntilplacedbackinservice.
