Setting the air/gas ratio (Part load)
1. Unscrew the plug of the flue gas measurement point.
2. Connect the flue gas analyser.
WARNING
Ensure that the opening around the sensor is completely
sealed when taking measurements.
3. Set the boiler to part load. Press the two
B
keys
simultaneously. The symbol
B
appears. Press the
[-]
key several
times until
l3
is displayed on the screen.
4. Measure the percentage of O
2
or CO
2
in the flue gases (Front
panel removed).
5. If this rate does not match the required value, correct the gas/air
ratio using the adjustment screw

on the gas valve unit.

Turn the screw

anticlockwise to obtain a lower
CO
2
value.

Turn the screw
B
clockwise to obtain a higher CO
2
value.
6. Check the flame through the flame inspection window.
The flame must be stable and blue in colour with orange
particles around the edge of the burner.
