6. SETTING THE TIMER
The TIMER function is a useful setting that helps you have your rice or other food ready at a
desired time. You can use the TIMER function for the STANDARD, CONGEE, SOUPS, STEAM,
QUINOA, BAKING modes and the WHITE, BROWN and SUSHI modes.
To set the TIMER, press the MENU button and select the desired cooking programme. Press the
TIMER button until the preset time of the mode lights up on the display. You can now use the +1HR
and +10MIN buttons to set the time at which the rice or your dish are to be ready. Then press the
START button. The rice cooker will now begin to count down until the end of the programme. You
can set the time from 70 minutes to up to 24 hours in advance.
