When the automatic nozzle cleaning does not lead to the desired success,
we recommend the following measure:

To loosen the dried ink, gently wipe a soft cloth possibly moistened slightly with
Ethanol (spirit) against the nozzles for approx. three seconds

Dab off dissolved ink and wipe the nozzles
