8. Troubleshooting
If the c-Go fails to perform properly, please check the status display on the unit first.
Two flashing displays indicate an error status. The error code may be determined by
observing how many times the displays are flashing. In case of an error the following
flashing sequence will run:

Allow the c-Go to cool down for 15 minutes.
Restart the charging procedure.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
If the problem persists, contact the service depart-
ment

Current voltage too
high
Check the battery and the wiring.
Restart the charging procedure.

ment

Battery reverse
polarity
Disconnect the battery and check the polarity
