66 | Gi29 Direct Vent Gas Insert

Before you begin:

•

Shut off the gas supply to the unit.

• Disconnect all electrical supply to the unit.

Alwayslettheappliancecooltoroomtemperaturebeforeservicing.

1. Remove the pilot cover (3 screws).

2. Remove the burner tray (2 screws).

3. Slide burner tray to the left and out.

When the glass is cold and the appliance is lit, condensation may fog the glass. Condensation is normal and will disappear in a few minutes as the

glass heats up.

4. Disconnect remote receiver/ON/OFF switch wires from TH/TH-TP termi-

nals on gas valve.
