Guidelines for Selecting Pressure
Changing the pressure level will change the intensity of the massage by
increasing the amount of air pushed into each air chamber.
A lower pressure setting will apply a lighter massage; while a higher
pressure setting will apply a more intense massage (see Table 6 as a
guide for pressure selection). If the massage is too intense, lower the
pressure.

Step 8: Set Treatment Time
a. Press the
Mode
button.
The
Treatment Time
screen is displayed.
b. Press the
Up/Down Button
to select the treatment time.
Note:
The minimum treatment time setting is 15 minutes. The maximum
treatment time setting is 90 minutes.
If you selected the Recovery or Pre-Train program in Step 6, press the
Mode
button twice to proceed to Step 10 - Set Pause Time.
