” and “Register Handset” selection menu.

Using the Conference Room
Once you have set up your conference room and password (see the Conference Room section
for setup information) you can enter into the integrated Conference Room by pressing “Inte-
rcom” then entering the extension of the desired conference room. Next, the phone will ask
for your password, followed by the # key. You may then chose to record your name, which will
introduce you to other callers in the conference room, then enter the conference room to talk.
Note: The default extensions for the Conference Rooms are 2000 and 2001.
Note: When you are the only one person in the Conference room, you will hear the hold
music only.
Note: When any other caller enters the Conference Room, all callers in this room will hear the
name message and the knocking tone to notify everyone that there is another person joining
the conference.
Note: Only 8 extensions can join in 1 Conference room.
Park (Optional)
This function allows the user share the external call to other extensions.
1.After you are on external line talk( for example: Line1), press park soft key during talk mode,
then the BS will enter Park mode and hang up automatically.
2. All of the unit's Line1 LED will be flashing on red as same as the incoming call frequence
and the external line will hear the hold tone.
3. Press intercom and then Line1 button at any one of the base unit in the system to p
ick up the parked call (line 1).
4. After one BS pick up the parked call, it can talk with the external line normal.
Caller ID
Summary Screen
The summary screen shows the current time, current date, number of CID records to be re-
viewed and total number of records saved to CID memory. It is displayed until any button is
pressed. Within 60 seconds of receiving a new call, the new caller information is displayed.
