Raising or Lowering the Indirect DHW Setpoint
This procedure only applies to H models set to operation mode 2 or 3 in hydronic installations with
indirect DHW without an aquastat in the indirect DHW storage tank. If an aquastat is installed, the
indirect DHW setpoint is changed at the aquastat.
1.
Turn heater OFF and isolate power supply to heater by switching off electrical isolator
located adjacent to heater.
2.
Remove front upper panel then remove six hex head screws retaining touchscreen surround panel
and remove panel.
3.
Switch VERSA DIP switch 1 to the ON (up) position.
4.
Restore power supply and turn heater ON.
5.
Reboot touchscreen
TOOLS > Screen Reboot > Screen Reboot.

Tap the
MENU
button to enter the home screen.
7.
Tap the
ADJUST
button to enter the adjust menu.
8.
Tap the
Indirect Settings
button to enter the indirect settings screen.
9.
Tap the Ind DHW Setpoint up ▲ or down ▼ buttons to adjust the setpoint value to the desired
temperature. The value will change and the green bar beside the value will change to red.
10. Tap the Ind DHW Setpoint
SET
button. The red bar beside the value will change to green at which
time the new value is accepted.
11.
Turn heater OFF and isolate power supply to heater by switching off electrical isolator
located adjacent to heater.
12. Switch VERSA DIP switch 1 to the OFF (down) position.
13. Reassemble in reverse order of steps 2 ~ 1.
14. Reboot touchscreen
TOOLS > Screen Reboot > Screen Reboot
