“Limits setting” parameters
This menu contains the approach warning gaps for all the limits that can be set by the
operator in normal mode.
After selecting “limits setting” from the main calibration menu the screen will show:
Set the approach gap for each limit in turn, angle approach gaps are in degrees, length,
radius and height gaps are set using the calibration units. Remember to press
“save”
once all the data is entered.
“special calibration”
This section will contain calibration settings for special features if enabled and will be
described in a separate addendum to this manual.
“Users ID” Setting user pass codes for the data logger
This feature is only used if the data logger feature is fitted to the system and password
protection is set to ON. It is a list of password numbers used to log into the i4500 on
startup and can be used in conjunction with the Rayco Wylie data logger software for PC
to record individual user data for each working session of the machine. Where this
feature is not used the default login number is “99999”.
