Overview of the Stone Protection
Assembly (optional)
An optional stone protection (
Stone protection with disk legFigure 2
) can be
added to the disk steering set. When the disk
hits a rock, the is disk will be able to move
upward to prevent the disk from damaging. The
stone protection consists of one assembly for
each disk leg. An hydraulic accumulator should
be added. The accumulator absorbs the oil in
the cylinder when the disc is moving up.
