There is air in the pump, the

Remove the excess air (7). Check the
pipe ties and replace them and the
gaskets if necessary (24).
The pump is
wasting too much
energy
The turbine is blocked Check and clean it. See p. 10.2.
The pupm stops
The sucking pipe is loose (6)
and is leaking.
Check and tighten it
The pumping height is more
than acceptable
Check the pump and mount it on a
higher level
Noise and
vibrations.
Suking heith is too big Check the pump and mount it on a
lower level
(Q) is too big. Lower the (Q)
Sucking pipe is blocked Check and clean it.
The pump is not well mounted Stop the pump and mount it stable
There is air in the pump or in
the pipes
Remove the extra air. See (7).
If necessary, repair your pump is best carried out only by qualified specialists in workshops RAIDER, which used only
original spare parts. Thus ensuring their safe operation.
12. Environmental protection.
In order to protect the environment gasoline water pump, which can be used no more, accessories and packaging should be
collected separately to be subjected to appropriate processing for the recovery of information contained in these materials.
