Access Modules (CAM) with smart card, but also Free-To-Air channels.
This receiver is equipped with a twin-slot Common Interface under DVB
specification, accepting two different types of PCMCIA modules. Plug

will then have access to the respective scrambled and pay-per-view
channels.
Each Smart Card contains your subscription details. You can view your
entitlement via the CI option on the receiver’s main menu.
This receiver currently supports seven kinds of CAM as follows:
Viaccess, Irdeto, Nagravision, Cryptoworks, Conax, Alphacrypt, SECA
(Mediaguard)
How to use your CAM and Smart card
Slide the CAM into the slot provided until the eject button is fully
extended.
Insert the smart card into the CAM gently with the gold colored chip
upwards.
Ensure that these contacts are clean before inserting it into the CAM.
To remove the CAM out of slot, push the button on the right side of the
CAM slot.
CAM and Smart Card depend on the service provider. If you need
CAM, please contact your local service provider or distributor.
Note:
Both the CAM and Smart Card contain delicate electronic
