Clock generator
CE915GM modules use the ICS954201 clock synthesizer from Integrated Circuit Systems,
Inc. The ICS954201 is driven by a 14.318MHz crystal, and generates CPU outputs up to
400MHz. This chip fully supports the ppm accuracy required by Serial ATA and PCI Express.

System memory
CE915GM modules provide one
200-pin SO-DIMM socket to accept DDR2-400/533 64-bit,
non-ECC, non-parity memory modules. 128MB to 1GB memory is supported.
The socket can accept either single or double-sided modules. Visit

list of memory tested with this product. In general, compatible memory modules must:

Comply with the JEDEC DDR2 specification for 1.8V 200-pin unbuffered DDR2 SDRAM
PC2-3200/PC2-4200/PC2-5300 DDR2 (DDR2-400/533) unbuffered SO-DIMM modules.
•
Support bus speeds of PC2-3200 (400MHz) or PC2-4200 (533MHz).
•
Include a valid serial presence detect (SPD) ROM.
•
Support 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB memory technology in x8 and x16 organization.
•
Not exceed 1.18 inches (30 mm) in height.
