Troubleshooting
If your phone is not performing to your expectations, please try
these simple steps first.
Symptom

The
CHARgE
light won’t
illuminate when
the cordless
handset is placed
in the charger.
Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into
the charger and wall outlet.
Make sure the cordless handset is properly
seated in the charger.
Make sure the charging contacts on the
cordless handset and charger are clean.

Move the handset and/or base away from
metal objects or appliances and try again.
