In this window, you can set and change the password, select baud rate and change
menu language.
Use the knob to scroll through menu items. When none of the fields is blinking, moving
back the knob exits the system window.
NOTE: If you wish to password protect the system, write it down and keep it in a safe
place, in case you should forget it. In the event the password is forgotten or lost,
contact Customer Service for indications on the necessary procedure. The procedure
will not be disclosed unless Customer provides the machine serial number!!!
Pushing the knob on a blinking field places that field into edit mode.
[PASS]
Password entry (if set). Enter one alphanumeric character for each
asterisk. [U] indicates that password has been acknowledged.
NOTE: All equipments are supplied with no password set.
[NEW]
Lets you set a new password. Enter one alphanumeric character for
each asterisk.
NOTE: Password may not contain any "?" or "*" characters. All other
standard ASCII characters are accepted; capital or minuscule letter
does not matter.
[CONF]
Confirms the new password set in the previous menu. Enter one
alphanumeric character for each asterisk.
[RS 232 SET UP]
Lets you set Baud Rate within a 150 to 19200 range.
[USA/UK]
Lets you toggle menu display language between [USA/UK]
(English) and [Italia] (Italian).
[#]
Lets you set display contrast (on equipments that offer this feature).

Time setting window
Using the knob, you may view the time, date and time zone set in this menu.
Move back to exit the clock setting window; move forward to freeze time and access
edit mode .
Use the knob to move the cursor to the parameter you wish to edit; when cursor is on
the parameter, push the encoder and edit as required. Turn clockwise to increment
time, date or time zone; turn anticlockwise to decrease.
