The data is in a hierarchy that blocks out data relevant to the RF, Demodulator
and GRB Feed functions monitored by the GRB Demodulator and also blocked
by LHCP and RHCP receive channels where appropriate.
Most of these items have been previously discussed in the display section but
will be repeated here.

This section reports the serial number, controller sub-system firmware revision,
demodulator internal temperature and fan status.

This section reports the status of the common 280 MHz LO (local oscillator) in
the RF Front End along with the received signal level (RSSI) for the LHCP and
RHCP channels.
The Atten (Attenuator) value is deprecated in this version and will always read
0.
