Low Fuel
Module
Monitors the vehicle fuel level. Activates the low fuel alarm when the fuel level
has dropped below ¼ (50L) of the tank volume.

Pump Ignition 1
Relay
Activates Reducer 1, Reducer 2 and supplies power for the Auxiliary
Reverse.

Air Pressure
Relay
Turns off the Air Shut Off Solenoid Relay when the Air Compressor exceeds
the maximum air pressure.

Air Shut Off
Solenoid Relay
If the Hatz motor loses oil pressure or the compressor exceeds the maximum
air pressure, it turns off the Air Shut Off Solenoid.

Volume Pump
Relay
Activates the Volume Pump Clutch when the Low-Pressure Pump Switch is
activated.

Oil Pressure
Relay
Uses the low oil pressure signal from the Hatz engine to turn off the Air
Compressor.

Low Water
Beacon Relay
Activates the Low Water Beacon and Alarm when the water level has
dropped below ¼ (750L) of the tank volume.

Pump Ignition 2
Relay
Supplies power to the CAFS Compressor, Volume Pump and Pump Control
Panel.

Low Water/Fuel
Buzzer Relay
Activates the Buzzer when the vehicle fuel level drops below ¼ (50L) OR
when the water tank level drops below ¼ (750L).

Buzzer Mute
Relay
Silences the Low Water/Low Fuel warning buzzer when the Buzzer Mute
Switch is activated. Automatically resets with the vehicle ignition.

Rear Strobe
Isolation Relay
De-activates the rear emergency strobes. Strobes will reset with the siren
controller operation.

Reverse Relay
This relay is the Reverse Signal from vehicle reverse lights.

Auxiliary
Reverse Relay
Enables the driver to operate the rear work lights from the cabin when the
vehicle is in reverse gear.

Pump Ignition 3
Relay
This relay provides power to the CAFS Cooling Fan and Air Shut-Off Relay.

Hose Reel Wet
Relay
This relay opens the water valve to the hose reel outlet.
16
Hose Reel Dry
Relay
This relay closes the water valve to the hose reel outlet.
17
64 QRT Wet
Relay
This relay opens the water valve to the CAFS QRT Outlet.
18
64 QRT Dry
Relay
This relay closes the water valve to the CAFS QRT Outlet.
Table 29: Pump Control Panel Internal
To replace the panel:
1. Carefully place the Pump Control Panel back on the enclosure. Ensure no wires are
pinched or kinked.
2. Secure the panel with the supplied screws.
