Running – Green when running

Time Count (seconds) – Time in seconds since starting or restarting the current BER test

Bit Count – Number of bits passed during BER test

Bit Error Count – Number of errored bits
•
Errored Seconds – Number of seconds during the test in which errors occurred
•
Error Rate – Bit error rate in scientific notation
•
Update On/Off button – Freezes the state of the Status window for easy viewing, but the test continues to
run as prescribed in the BERT Settings (limited or continuous)

5.4.16 Zero AGC Button
Automatic Gain Control (AGC) may be set to zero (0) by clicking on the green Zero AGC button in the Advanced
section, shown in Figure 116. One or two buttons are available depending on the number of channels and the
combiner mode.
