The Fire Extinguishing System (EXTINCISE) is a pre-engineer-
ing system that is designed and built under the standard “UNE
23510:2017 Fire extinguishing systems in commercial kitchens.
Design and test requirements”.
Its extinguishing characteristics make it perfect for type F/K l fires
(resulting from the use of vegetable or animal oils and fats with
cooking appliances).
In order to achieve the maximum performance of the equipment, the
personal safety of staff and their training related to the system, the
