It is recommended to contact your supplier to perform and order the
sealing joints. These joints can be replaced when performing weekly
maintenance or when cleaning the frying vat. (“Washing Frying Vat”
Section)
4 . R e p l a c i n g t h e a c t i v e c a r b o n f i l t e r
It is recommended to contact your supplier to perform and order
the sealing joints.
After removing the frying vat, remove the metallic support to
the drum. Then disconnect the two (2) fitting connections to the
condensation drum without forgetting the probe connector inside
the drum.
