it is used to access to the menu
of the fryer or change fryer

This key can be used on
the display to discard any
changes made to the machine
parameters or to cancel an
ongoing fry.

This key switches the machine off
electronically.
5 . O P E N k e y
This key opens and closes the
entry hatch.

This key allows you to change
the production of the equipment
from large portions to small
portions.

In this screen you can select
the product to fry with its
corresponding time.
