Programming

The machine can be configured with 21 different frying programs 
each differing in time and temperature for any type and/or size of 

food to fry. 

To set the fryer for your specific needs use the “Menu/Enter” button 

on the main screen. It has the following options:  Data Input, Enable 
sensors, Open door and Languages

Below is an explanation of each of the functions of the aforementioned 
options:
