The following steps must be followed to clean the gas extraction
pipe.
- To clean the gas extraction pipe, remove the fryer from the
appliance as explained in the above steps.
- To clean the gas extraction pipe, remove the fryer from the

- Once the gas extraction pipe has been cleaned, it must be inserted
into place and re-tightened with the two flywheels.
This part can be washed in the sink or in the dishwasher.
