Air frying with Manual Mode

Air frying with a Preset Mode
14. To select a Preset Mode, touch the
button repeatedly to scroll through the 8 preset
cooking modes and stop when the desired mode is highlighted (→ PRESET COOKING
MODES).
■ The Preset Mode highlighted will flash on the control panel.
15. If you need to adjust the default temperature or time of the Preset Mode, touch the
button
to display or , and then touch the or
button to adjust.

, the flashing , and the Preset Mode icon. The timer
and temperature values will alternate on the screen.

To turn on the light of the cooking cavity, touch the
button. The light will automatically
turn off after
60 seconds

18. Halfway through the cooking time, pull out the air fryer basket to check the food for browning
and doneness. Certain foods need to be shaken or turned halfway through cooking. Grasp
the handle firmly and gently shake the food in the air fryer basket or turn the food over with
a pair of tongs, as suitable (→ PRESET COOKING MODES; AIR FRYING GUIDE). Reinsert
the air fryer basket into the main unit to continue cooking.
■ Fries with two times turn reminder, one is at 1/3 of all cooking time and another one is at
2/3 of all cooking time, Bacon/Chicken/Shrimps/Steaks/Fish with one time turn reminder
at 2/3 of all cooking time.
■ The air fryer turns off and pauses the timer when the air fryer basket is removed, and
resumes cooking when the air fryer basket is reinserted into the air fryer.
19. If the food is not ready yet and you need to adjust the timer or temperature during the
cooking process, touch the button to display or , and then touch or
to adjust.
20. If you need to stop or pause the cooking process before it ends, touch the
button.
■ Cooking will stop and the
icon will not be displayed. The icon will flash for
20 seconds and then turn off. You can touch the
button again to resume cooking.
21. Wait until the timer ends and the air fryer turns off.
■ When the timer ends, the control panel will display “END”, the
button, and the
icon flashing. After 20 seconds, the icon will turn off with 5 beeps and the fan will stop.
Only the
button will be displayed when the air fryer is off in Standby Mode.
22. Pull out the air fryer basket and place it on a flat and heat-resistant surface. Use a pair of
tongs to transfer the food to a serving plate. Do not turn the basket over to avoid pouring
excess fats and oils collected in the bottom onto the food.
23. If you need to continue cooking another batch of food, use kitchen paper to wipe off any
excess fats and oils in the bottom of the air fryer basket to prevent smoking. It will not be
necessary to preheat the appliance while it is hot.
24. To turn off the air fryer, touch and hold the
button for
3 seconds
.
25. Once finished using the appliance, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Wait
until the appliance cools down completely before moving or cleaning it.
