TrOUBLeSHOOTING
To avoid injury from accidental starting, always turn switch OFF and unplug the tool before moving, replacing
the blade or making adjustments.
PROBLEM

Motor does not start.
1. Power cord is not plugged
into the socket.
2. Switch failure.
3. Brush worn.
4. fuse blown or circuit breaker
tripped on home panel.
1. Plug in properly.

4. Verify there is electrical power at the outlet.
Saw is overheating.
1. the saw continues to operate
too long under pressure.
2. Blockage or dirt jams the
ventilation slots of the motor.
1. turn the saw off and let it rest until the motor is
cool to touch.
2. check and clean the ventilation slots of the motor,
removing blockage or dirt.
Brush spark when switch
released.
1. Brush worn.
2. other.
1. replace brushes. See Maintenance section.
2. contact Service center.
The pump is not flowing
water.
1. Water amount is not enough.
2. Water hose is jammed by dirt.
1. add water until the pump is submerged completely.
2. clean the water hose.
cutting table is not
smooth.
1. dirt is jammed too much on
the guide rails or cutting table
rollers.
1. clean the dirt. Spread some machine oil on the
guide rails.
Saw vibrates or shakes.
1. Saw blade not round /
damaged / loose.
2. Blade not tightened on saw,
arbor bolt loose.
1. replace blade.
2. tighten arbor bolt.
the laser guide or Led
light fails to turn on.
1. the batteries are dead.
2. the battery contacts need
adjustment.
1. replace with new aaa batteries.
2. reload the batteries and make certain that they
make solid contact to the battery spring.
