The starting position - height adjustment of the handles - is set via the adjustment lever (yellow) on the
left side of the user. The adjustment is made in steps and snaps every 10°.
The spine should be in contact with the backrest during the entire exercise. The freely movable Lumbar
Cushion (optional) is individually adjusted according to the patient's size. Care should be taken during
exercise to ensure that the cervical spine remains in the neutral position and the head is not taken
forward. The training arm with the handles offers variable grip options. Thus, certain muscle parts can
be trained more intensively. The desired weight can be set from the device by means of a pin. The Range
of Motion Limiter (optional) for the end position is located above the weight block and is adjusted by
loosening the fastening screw.
