Specific patient positioning
The seat height can be individually adjusted according to the patient's size The seat with the gas pressure
spring can be adjusted by actuating the release underneath the seat. The patient is positioned so that
he or she reaches 90° of flexion at the knee and hip joints and the feet are in contact with the floor. This
angle may differ for very small and very tall persons.
The spine should be in contact with the backrest throughout the exercise. A freely adjustable Lumbar
Cushion is individually adjusted according to the patient's size.
Please ensure that the lever of the adjustment always points away from the cam plate in the tightened
state! To do this, lift the lever in the fixed state and turn it accordingly.
Care must be taken during exercise to ensure that the cervical spine remains in the neutral position and
the head is not taken forward. The generous round pads on the device allow individual positioning of
the patient to different shoulder widths and arm lengths. The distance of the pad from the device axis
depends on the arm length of the patient/customer and can be individually adjusted after loosening the
locking screw at the top of the device. The initial position is adjusted in 10° steps via the locking bolts
on the eccentric.
The grab handles (optional) can be adjusted accordingly. To do this, loosen the fastening screw and
adjust the height of the handles, then tighten the screw again.
When not in use, position the handles (parking position) so that they do not collide with each other and
do not pose a crushing hazard. For this purpose, there should be a distance of at least 3 cm between
the handles.
The Range of Motion Limiter (optional) for the end position is located above the weight block and is
adjusted by loosening the fastening screw.
