PREPARING FOR WORK BEFORE FIRST USE
4.1.1 CHECKING THE TRAILER AFTER DELIVERY
The manufacturer guarantees that the trailer is fully operational and has been checked
according to quality control procedures and is ready for use. This does not release the user
from an obligation to check the machine's condition after delivery and before first use. The
machine is delivered to the user completely assembled.
Before commencing work, machine operator must inspect the technical condition of the trailer
and prepare it for test start-up. The user must carefully read this Operator's Manual and
observe all recommendations, understand the design and the principle of machine operation.
IMPORTANT
Before proceeding to hitching to tractor the user must carefully read this Operator's
Manual and additional publications attached to machine and observe all
recommendations.
External inspection
Check completeness of machine (standard and optional equipment).
Check condition of protective paint coat,
Inspect trailer's individual components for mechanical damage resulting from
incorrect transport (dents, piercing, bent or broken components).
Check technical condition of tyres and tyre pressure.
Check technical condition of elastic hydraulic conduits,
Check technical condition of pneumatic conduits,
Check that there are no hydraulic oil leaks.
Check electric lamps.
Check hydraulic cylinders for leaks of hydraulic oil.
