Connecting the Power Cord
• Wherever possible, use thick wires (max. 2mm
2
) for the power cord. Always start the braiding
close to the terminal ends.
• Use the following size sleeve-type ring terminals.
Recommended sleeve-type ring terminal: V2-MS3 compatible (J.S.T. Mfg. Co., Ltd)
Connection Procedure
1.
Confirm that the main power is OFF.
2.
Remove the terminal block cover’s attachment screws.
3.
Remove the terminal block cover.
4.
Remove the screws from the three (3) middle terminals.
5.
Align the power wires (braided) and the grounding (FG) wire as shown above.
6.
Reinsert and tighten the terminal screws.
(Torque should be 0.5 to 0.6 N•m)
7.
Reattach the terminal block cover and tighten its screws.
(Torque should be 0.5 to 0.6 N•m)
less than 6mm [0.24in.]
3.2mm [0.13in.]
