Panel Preparation
The thickness of the panel should be from 1.6 mm to 10 mm [0.06 in. to 0.39 in.].
To ensure a sufficient level of water-resistance, make sure the panel is not
warped, damaged, or uneven. Attaching reinforcement strips also increases
the effectiveness of the PS-G unit’s installation gasket.

Installation Gasket
The PS-G unit should always be installed using the pre-fitted installation gasket, even at locations
where water resistance is not required.
The installation gasket must be installed properly to ensure a sufficient level of water-resistance.
Before installing the PS-G unit please refer to “Chapter 4 3.1 Replacing the Installation Gasket”,
to confirm that the gasket is fitted properly.
