Before each trip with the product, check that this equipment is fully functional and visible. The visibility of the
reflectors and the front and rear lights may not be hidden by objects attached to the product.

Equipped with a display with a maximum speed of 6
km/h
PRO ACTIV delivers the product with a display for the electrical drive system that supports a maximum speed of
6 km/h. With this equipment, the product can be used in public areas and on the road.
Optional equipment with additional display with a maximum speed of 15
km/h or 24
km/h
As an option, an additional display with a maximum speed of 15 km/h or 24 km/h can be ordered. PRO ACTIV
points out that the use of the product with this additional display is only permitted in certain countries on public
roads and otherwise only on private property. Without an insurance plate and operating approval, driving the
product with a maximum speed of 15 km/h or 24 km/h is not permitted in Germany on public areas, roads, paths
and spaces in accordance with the road traffic regulations. It is also not permitted to use it on cycle paths
according to the road traffic regulations in Germany. PRO ACTIV also points out that the use of the product with
a maximum speed of 15 km/h or 24 km/h on public areas, roads paths and spaces in Germany is an offence
against the insurance obligation in accordance with Art. 1 of the German Compulsory Liability Insurance Law,
for which the user could be punished in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 of the German Compulsory Liability
Insurance Law.
If the product is to be used in another country with a display giving a maximum speed of 15 km/h or 24 km/h, the
user must first find out about the applicable regulations and laws in that country.
