7.Product care and maintenance
7.1. This inverters Series is low maintenance. The standard battery type is
valve-regulated lead-acid battery. When the inverter is connected to the mains,
whether it is on or off, it may keep charging the battery depending on the working
mode selected and provides overcharge and over discharge protection.
7.2. If the inverter is not used for a long time, the batteries will need to be charged
every four to six months. Charge the battery for 4-6 hours before use.
7.3. Normally , the battery life is three to five years. If there is a problem with the
battery, it must be replaced early. Batteries must be handled by professionals.
7.4. It is not recommended to replace the battery individually, replace them all. When
replacing you should follow the safety instructions.
7.5. In high temperature areas , the battery auto discharge in about two months and
the charging time should be not be less than 10 hours.
Notes :
*Before replacing the battery, you must remove all of the power supply connected to
the device: mains, battery, solar modules, etc.
*Don’t wear metal objects such as rings and watches.
*Do not put tools or other metal objects on the battery.
* It is normal for a small spark when connecting the battery
* Do not reverse the battery positive and negative terminals.
* Pay attention to the batteries polarity when assembling the battery bank .
