buttons
you
can
increase
or
decrease
the
speed.
The
speed
will
change
0.1
km/h
each
time
you
push
the
button.
If
you
hold
the
button
for
more
than
0.5
seconds
continuously,
the
speed
will
change
quickly.
WALK
/
JOG
/
RUN:
shortcut
for
quickly
setting
the
speed.
WALK
=
5
km/h,
JOG
=
8
km/h,
RUN
=
12
km/h.
SPEED+
and
STOP:
if
you
push
these
buttons
at
the
same
time
for
more
than
3
seconds,
you
will
hear
a
sound
signal.
This
means
that
you
have
changed
miles
into
kilometres,
or
reverse.
Quick
start
(manual
mode)
1.
Switch
on
the
device
and
attach
the
safety
key.
2.
Press
START
‐
button.
You
will
hear
a
sound
signal
and
the
display
will
count
from
3
to
0
seconds.
After
these
3
seconds,
the
treadmill
will
start
with
a
speed
of
1,0
km/h.
3.
Press
SPEED+
or
SPEED
‐
to
adjust
the
speed.
4.
Press
STOP
to
stop
the
treadmill.
Manual
mode
If
you
do
not
make
any
settings
and
press
the
START
button
directly,
the
treadmill
will
start
with
a
speed
of
1,0
km/h.
The
other
displays
will
start
to
count
from
0.
Press
SPEED+
or
SPEED–
to
adjust
the
speed.
•
To
set
the
time,
press
the
MODE
button
directly.
The
display
TIME
will
show
15:00
and
blink.
Use
SPEED+
or
SPEED
‐
to
set
the
desired
time
(5:00
–
99:00).
If
you
do
not
want
to
select
time,
press
the
MODE
button
directly
to
continue.
•
From
the
time
setting
mode,
you
press
MODE.
The
display
DISTANCE
will
show
1,0
and
blink.
Use
SPEED+
or
SPEED
‐
to
set
the
desired
distance
(0,5
–
99,9).
If
you
do
not
want
to
select
a
distance,
press
the
MODE
button
directly
to
continue.
•
From
the
distance
setting
mode,
you
press
MODE.
The
display
CALORIES
will
show
50
and
blink.
Use
SPEED+
or
SPEED
‐
to
set
the
desired
amount
of
calories
(10,0
–
999).
If
you
do
not
want
to
select
calories,
press
the
MODE
button
directly
to
continue.
After
you
have
finished
your
settings,
press
START.
The
treadmill
will
start
after
3
seconds.
Press
SPEED+
or
SPEED–
to
adjust
the
speed.
Press
STOP
to
stop
the
treadmill.
Pre
‐
set
programs
P1
to
P12
Press
PROGRAM.
The
display
PULSE/CALORIES
will
show
the
programs
P1
to
P12.
Choose
the
desired
program.
Then
the
TIME
display
will
blink.
The
standard
time
setting
is
10:00,
with
SPEED+
or
SPEED–
you
can
adjust
the
time.
Press
START
to
start
the
chosen
program.
The
program
is
split
in
10
sections.
Each
section
is
10%
of
the
set
running
time.
When
the
program
enters
a
new
section,
the
device
will
make
a
sound
signal
and
the
speed
will
be
adjusted
to
the
speed
of
the
new
section.
Use
SPEED+
or
SPEED–
to
adjust
the
speed.
When
the
program
enters
a
new
section,
the
speed
will
be
changed
to
the
pre
‐
set
speed.
When
the
program
is
finished,
you
will
hear
3
sound
signals
and
the
treadmill
will
slow
down
after
5
seconds
until
complete
stand
still.
Each
program
is
split
in
10
sections,
the
time
of
each
section
depends
on
the
set
running
time.
Each
section
is
10%
of
the
chosen
running
time,
and
each
section
has
a
pre
‐
set
speed.
