INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Transport and storage
Can be moved using the carrying handles (10).
Please note that the compactor is very heavy.
Use correct lifting technique.
Cleaning and maintenance
Lubricate all moving parts as required. Vibrator
and clutch bearings are sealed and cannot be
lubricated.
Check before every use:
Check engine oil level and for leaks.
Check all bolts, nuts and fittings for tightness.
Check for defective parts.
Check that operating mechanisms work.
Clean underside of vibration plate (1) to prevent
build-up of deposits.
Periodical service:
Check oil level in compactor.
Check vibration-suppressing rubber shock
absorbers for wear and defects.
Problem Cause
Solution
Problem starting motor. Fuel
in tank and spark at spark plug
Compression low
1. Intake and exhaust valve sticking or
incorrectly positioned
2. Piston
ring
and/or piston worn
3. Cylinder head or spark plug not
tightened correctly
4. Cylinder head gasket and/or spark
plug gasket defective
1. Check valves, replace if necessary
2. Replace piston ring and/or piston
3. Tighten cylinder head and spark plug

No fuel in carburetor
1. No petrol in tank
2. Fuel tap not open correct
3. Fuel filter blocked
4. Air vent in tank cap blocked
5. Air in fuel supply system
1. Fill up with petrol
2. Lubricate petrol tap, replace if necessary
3. Replace fuel filter
4. Clean or replace fuel filler cap
5. Vent fuel pipe
Engine power low.

engine not missing
1. Air filter dirty

1. Clean or replace air filter
