Removing the Floppy Disk Drive

1. Remove the chassis cover (

1. Remove the CPU card (

CPU Removal/Installation

2. Remove the two screws securing the floppy disk bracket to the chassis.

3.

4. Grasp the floppy disk drive bracket from the back and rotate it forward while sliding the drive

backward and lifting it from the chassis.

5. Disconnect the floppy disk cable from the main logic board.

6. Remove the floppy drive from the floppy drive bracket.
