Servicing
• Undo the tensioning and fixing
screws of the gears.

Undo the hexagonal nuts of the metal
flange bearings and lift the complete cir-
cular saw shaft unit out of its frame.
Caution!
Before lifting out the unit,
mark up the position of the metal flange
bearings.
4.
Remove old V-belts and replace with
new belts.
Caution!
The V-belts must be mounted
loosely. A "forcing" onto the V-belt pul-
ley might damage the V-belts, causing
them to break within a short period.

5.
Refasten the circular saw shaft unit on
the frame.
6.
Evenly pretension the V-belts with the
tensioning bolts.
• The V-belts must be pretensioned
so that their centre can be pushed in
approx. 7 mm by thumb pressure.
7.
Tighten the gear fixing bolts and place
locknut on tensioning bolts.
