General Safety
Regulations

Position Circular Saw on level
ground only.

Wear protective footwear.
▼
Wear ear protection and goggles.
▼
Do not wear loose clothing.
▼
Never use faulty mains leads.
▼
Ensure that working place is suffi-
ciently lit as insufficient lighting consid-
erably increases the likelihood of injury!

Work carefully! Incorrect handling
can lead to grave injuries from the rotat-
ing saw blade.

Never work without guards.
▼
Do not use damaged, torn or
deformed saw blades.
▼
Always switch off drive when modi-
fying the circular saw.
▼
Use pushing stick for longitudinal
cutting.
▼
Do not operate the Circular Saw in
enclosed spaces.
▼
Press the
emergency stop pedal
immedi-
ately in case of danger.

Specified saw blade diameters:

Transport saw only with fixed table.

Only use original POSCH spare
parts.
▼
Never run machine unattended.

Minimum operator age: 18
Noise Information
When cutting logs or timber, a noise
level of 98 - 100 dB(A) can be expected
near the operator's ears.
We therefore urgently recommend the
use of ear protection.
Start-up
▼
Position saw on level ground.
▼
Attach pto circular saw to three-point
linkage of tractor.
• During operation the saw must be
fixed to both bottom steering links of
tractor.
