Replacing the Nebuliser

When required:

If Nebuliser becomes blocked

Tools required:   

Allen keys 
Spanners

Parts required:

Nebuliser Assembly (# 0860-0401)

Ensure that the detector has cooled down before proceeding

Ensure that all gas and solvent connections are 
disconnected prior to proceeding

1) Open the detector and remove the front 
panel as described in 

“Removing the front 

panel”

(pg 15).

2) Remove the nebuliser from the 
nebuliser mount using a spanner as 
shown.
